At Loreley, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely 

satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

  1. Returns Eligibility: You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. – Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Receipt or Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. 

 

  1. Refunds Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. 

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. – Processing Time: The refund will be processed within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

 

  1. Shipping Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. – Faulty or Damaged Items: If the item is faulty or damaged, please contact us, and we will provide a return 

shipping label at no additional cost to you. 

 

  1. Exchange Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@loreley.co.za 

 

  1. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including: – Gift cards – Downloadable software products – Some health and personal care items
