Magnesium Spray is known to reduce body aches, headaches, leg cramps, muscle spasms and menstrual pain. Active ingredients Magnesium Chloride, Aqua, Wintergreen, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Lavender essential oil, Arnica oil MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) Directions for use: Shake bottle well before use. Spray under your feet, be sure to rub it in. Can be repeated up to 3 times a day as required. DO NOT USE ON FACE OR OPEN SKIN. For external use only.
